At the time of the Writing of the Constitution there were acknowledged in the text, 2 categories of Citizens. The 3rd category ‘Naturalized Citizens’ came along later following the adoption of ‘Naturalization Laws’ by the
Congress. That means that there are 3 categories of Citizens despite arguments to the contrary made by ignoramuses.

The Citizens and the Natural Born Citizens were eligible to be President IF THEY WERE ALIVE BEFORE OR AT THE TIME OF THE ADOPTION OF THE CONSTITUTION. Following that time period only Natural Born Citizens were eligible. This means that Obama, Harris, Ted Cruz, Eric Trump, and many others can never be Constitutionally eligible. This is not Horse Shoes. Close enough for you is not good enough for me and millions of others.

I would ask that you do not continue to dilute our Constitution. I swore with my life to defend it, as did my son, my father, my grandfather, and my great grandfather, Army Veterans all.

At the time the Constitution was adopted a wife automatically took on the citizenship of the husband so Eric’s mother would have been a citizen and he would have been an NBC.

Born on American soil to an American father is what NBC meant at the time the Constitution was adopted.
