Hollywood celebrities who fully-backed convicted hate crime hoaxer Jussie Smollett have been silent, as of this reporting, in the wake of Thursday’s guilty verdict in Chicago.
“We have a media that says it’s a debate that whether or not what happened to Jussie Smollett is a hate crime. It’s absurd. It’s not a [bleep] debate,” exclaimed actress Ellen Page (now Elliot) in 2019.
“This is a racist hate crime and is disgusting and shameful to our country,” tweeted pop singer Katy Perry.
“Homophobia existed before Trump, but there is no question that since he has injected his hatred into the American bloodstream, we are less decent, less human,& less loving,” tweeted director Rob Reiner, who also deleted his post as the evidenced piled on against Smollett.
“THIS is why we have to have zero tolerance against homophobia and racism. Jussie’s life matters,” exclaimed actress Olivia Munn in a now-deleted tweet.
“VILLAINY, RACISM, HOMOPHOBIA,” lamented singer Cher in a tweet that she never deleted.
Could you imagine this group as the “stars” of The Hollywood Squares?
Elliot Page actually has a point there - it sure was a hate crime. And now he has been convicted of that. I still want to hear that the US DOJ is examining whether there is any separate basis to bring Federal hate crime charges against him. I’m guessing he used a phone in the commission of these crimes and that should facilitate federal charges. Merrick Garland - call your office!
I see Rob Reiner is still a meathead.
That, and they're waiting for instructions from their masters, waiting to see how this is spun. Then they'll reliably jump on the leftist bandwagon.
Nooooo! Game show questions are always racist and homophobic.
Trump homophobia? Didn’t he have the first gay cabinet member? Isn’t Trump the most LGBT-friendly president in history?
LOL! Yep!
“Elliot” Page... lol
What a rogue’s gallery of Hollywood idiots.
They are silent, awaiting whatever the liberal spin on these events will.be. These people don’t have original thoughts. They wait for their instructions as to what they are supposed to say about events.
I am eagerly awaiting Dave Chappelle’s next bit on all this.
Maybe they’re busying orchestrating another stupid hoax. They really are that dumb.
Peter Marshall: "You suddenly start kissing everyone around you. Is this wrong?"
=pause=
Charlie Weaver: "Well, it kept me out of the Army."
Rob Reiner is a RACIST meathead! Up late one night, I caught him in his first movie role as a high school student in a movie called “Halls of Anger”, released in 1971. He used the “n” word, and fought with a black student. He was not a nice guy.
Suppose a prominent conservative politician, or even not so prominent, had a similar role in a similar movie, it would be “ OFF WITH THE RACISTS’ HEAD!”
It wouldn’t matter that it was 50 years ago, it would all over the news, Whoopi would be having a s— fit, he would be persecuted, doxxed, BLM would be threatening him, you name it.
Again, the movie is called “Halls of Anger”. It has a really surprising twist to it.
I am actually shocked that it was even aired. I urge everyone to see it. A great movie for discussion considering the political and social climate out their today.
Why does this article say, “if convicted?”
The only thing these arrogant nauseating celebrities understand is an F You back. Because they are all bullies. I like what Kyle Rittenhouse tweeted to Le Bron. “F You.”
I hope these Mother@##$%$#@ below are reading this. Because that’s what you all are and this is the only language you understand. No more nicey nice.
You are amazing! I didn’t think to look on YouTube. For that era, it was a pretty shocking movie.
I wonder what Dave Chappelle will say now? : )
