The second week of Josh Duggar's child pornography trial began on Monday and a new witness made a stunning claim.
A close family friend, Bobye Holt, took the stand for the prosecution and claimed Josh confessed to molesting multiple young girls during a conversation back in 2003, according to Fox 24 News.
Bobye and Jim Holt's eldest daughter was Josh's girlfriend in November 2002, when they were 14 years old, so they interacted with the Duggar family regularly.
She claimed that Josh, in the presence of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar at the Duggar home, said he touched female minors in their "private areas" under their "pantaloons and underwear." He was 15 at the time.

Yep, I’m sure there would be a big overlap, between child molesters and child pornography.

He could be sent away for life? And based on the strong evidence, he refused a plea deal?
We will never know the legal advice and discussion with attorneys. But his attorneys certainly would have advised him to take the plea and get out of prison while he’s still a young man.

My guess is that Bobye figured no way was he dating her daughter, but the police wouldn’t do anything about it at all.
Josh was a minor at 15, as well. When I was 15, you couldn’t find hardly any other guys who didn’t CLAIM to be doing this with their girlfriends... or some other random hookups. I figured at least half were probably just boasting. Hell, even when I went to Oklahoma for a while when I was fourteen, I was teased about relentlessly for having turned down a 14-year-old girls’ advances.

Anyone who pays upwards of $10,000.00 to watch a video where young child or even an infant is brtually beaten and then raped doesn’t deserve to ever be a free man.
Josh was 12 when he actually did it.
His sisters were 3 years younger. The youngest was 5.
If he was 15 and the girls nearly his age this is an entirely different thing than him being an adult. Such things are not the least bit uncommon in that age group. Teenagers playing around with each other?
