One of the best recipes for Lemon Bars.

Lemon Bars: a beloved classic treat! Buttery shortbread crust, tangy lemon filling, and a dusting of powdered sugar on top. So bright, citrus-y, & happy!

I am going to use salted Irish butter and forget the salt.
They freeze well between waxed paper in a container.

HCQ still cooling.
