In the novel “Atlas Shrugged” the character of Robert Stadler is a scientist who was one of John Galt’s teachers - however, he’s sadly compromised by accepting honors and moola from Big Govt. In one scene he watches a horrifying demonstration of a killing machine that was constructed on scientific principles he discovered and it upsets him greatly.

Dr. Fauci is so far from being a scientist that it is laughable. His assessment of this pandemic being worth the risk of gain of function reaseach is not a statement made by a man of science. More than 500,000,000 people dead and counting proves he is no scientist.
