A friend called a few days before Thanksgiving, to tell me one of her sons, his wife, and one of their boys had Covid, so they wouldn't be getting together with them for the holiday. I had to laugh because my friend and her husband got both jabs earlier this year, and the infected son and his wife both had the jab as well. It's pretty pathetic that despite everyone being fully vaccinated, they are still afraid of getting the virus. What a joke.

During the Summer 2020, one of her other sons worked with a guy who was having virus-like symptoms. He and his co-worker were tested for Covid, three times over a period of a couple of weeks. The first two times they tested negative. The third time they both tested positive. The family was waiting for the son's test results, as they had booked a house on the ocean in Delaware, and were worried he, and his family would not be able to go. His results were so long in coming, that although he was positive, the doctor told him he was likely over it, and not contagious anymore, and told him to go on vacation with his family. Nobody contracted Covid during the week they all spent together.
