Is Rittenhouse being misled? Attorney Lin Wood levels explosive charges
WRKO ^ | 11/24/21 | Jeffrey Kuhner

Kyle Rittenhouse says he was “used” by his former attorneys, Lin Wood and John Pierce. The 18-year-old told host Tucker Carlson in an interview that aired on Fox News Monday that Wood and Pierce were responsible for Rittenhouse languishing in jail for 87 days because they were “trying to raise money so they can take it for their own benefit, not trying to set me free.”

The bombshell allegation was one of many riveting moments during the interview. Rittenhouse struck me as honest, decent, sympathetic and earnest—a boy scout and a patriot who has been a victim of a politicized prosecution and a liberal establishment media hell-bent to destroy him. The interview—like the high-profile trial in which the jury unanimously found him not guilty on all charges—is a cultural watershed. It exposed the rampant mendacity, propaganda and corruption at the heart of the Fake News media.

“I believe that Kyle is in the influence of members of the deep state. I think Dave Hancock is a deep state operative. Part of their goal has been for the last year and a half to destroy Lin Wood.”

Very true. Wood at least had the cajones to step up when few did. He added his national profile to the case.

The man has no fear and derps don't make him curl up in a ball and stay home.

I don’t know who’s right, but between Tucker and Wood, only one of them was ever in the CIA.

Do you know who?

You should.

What I read here years ago was that Pence was supposed to lead a commission to help the states with reviewing and cleaning up their voter rolls. Pence worked at it for six months and the states told him to butt out of states’ business. Eventually, he gave up. Trump knew what was coming. But Trump was one man with executive fish to fry. So he put a man who knows states’ business on the case. (Pence was Governor of Indiana, recall.)

I don’t know if I could take six months of being told to pound sand by the states, either. But that was his one big job as VP. I don’t recall hearing much from him after that until the certification blow-up.

But Trump took being told to pound sand from any and all comers from the moment he entered the race until...today! (They’re still telling him that!) When you compare the help Biden is getting from the Deep State versus the help they traitorously witheld from Trump, it’s astounding he got as much done as he did. So much, in fact, that the derps worked well into Wednesday morning of November 4 to insure Trump lost. ...And the judiciary continued to call “no legal standing” and “laches” to every effort he made to get them to review his complaints at the state and federal levels.

The notion that Lynn Wood couldn’t post Kyle’s bail because he wasn’t his criminal attorney is absurd.

Wood is being sued with the allegation he plotted to take advantage of a georgia law....

Just to be clear. Is that the same as 'following the law' and 'staying within the boundaries of the law?'.

I ask you cause you're so gosh darn smart.

Neither one. Tucker Carlson applied but was rejected.

Because the hardest working President in history had other things to do? Why not ask why he designated killing terrorists to the military? Did you seriously just ask that question? C'mon, man. He delegates everything. Its how the job works.

A few thoughts on traitors in the mist:

”They’re more deadly, in fact - camouflaged in their nice suits, they pursue their victims with intent to maim and/or kill.”

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.” ~~ A Pillar of Iron (1965) a fictional biography of Cicero.

Woods’ weird comments about John Roberts and Epstein and then not showing a shred of pushed him over the edge for me. None of his predictions during that time came true.

He did do a good job raising Kyle’s bail.

“shred of proof”

And that was his oattern- wild accusations, promising proof, then not delivering. Those are the marks of a con.

Is mister Wood demon possessed? What can explain the bizarre words which spill from his duplicitous mouth?

No mystery, Manchin is a politician he isn’t acting on character or principles, he is playing politics. He is not a man to be trusted by either party of similar jackals.

Someone would need a spread sheet to log all of the wild claims Lin Wood makes.

And the “funny” thing is that Wood has had multiple opportunities to publish what he claims he has on CJ Roberts. If just saying he has such info was part of a “plan” to try and intimidate Roberts that does not appear to have worked - and how would we know anyways?

He already shot his mouth off about no aircraft debris found at the pentagon. I believe he has nothing about CJ Roberts. That’s why he would not even give the info to LTG Flynn, Flynn’s son, President Trump, anyone. He was just jackassin’.

He was found innocent in a very tough case. Lawyers did their job.

He did do a good job raising Kyle’s bail.

What's the point of raising bail money if you don't then use it to post bail?

According to Rittenhouse, bail should have been posted in Sept 2020, but wasn't until two months later.

Now Woods is making claims on the bail money, some of which came directly from the Rittenhouse family.

NO...

Georgia law is not about conspiring to defraud partners from earned contingency fees by trying to get a lawyer to have a client say he doesn’t want said partners to get the fee.

And btw, said partners apparently have copies of the attempt to conspire as it happened in writing.

i guess we will see who is telling the truth soon
