Happy Thanksgiving to you too! Ours is out of the roaster and partly eaten. By partly I mean that I let the grocery store pick out my turkey this year for curbside pickup and they gave me a 22 pound turkey. There are two of us. :-)

12 pounds for me, one person. I will be eating Turkey Noodle soup forever.

The stuffing, which I cooked separately, was excellent. I used the neck for flavoring (and in case Cousin Eddie shows up). Grandma’s old recipe, from when I was a kid. My mother also used it, and now I’ve used it. My sister alters it with a few different ingredients, but it’s good when she makes it too.

Oh my gosh TC... you’ll be eating turkey until New Year’s! There were just two of us also and we roasted two Cornish game hens with cornbread stuffing. They were delicious and we still had leftovers with those two tiny birds.
