"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Ford, General Motors and Stellantis have agreed the United Auto Workers union members will not be forced to take the mandatory vaccine as a condition of employment.
Additionally, the vaccine status of the workers will remain private with a policy of private and voluntary disclosure.
UAW – At a meeting Monday evening, the COVID-19 Joint Task Force, comprised of the UAW, Ford, General Motors and Stellantis, has aligned on a policy of voluntary and confidential disclosure of vaccination status for UAW members. Each company will provide additional communication to employees on how, where and when to report their vaccination status.
In addition to encouraging members to disclose their vaccination status, the Task Force continues to urge all members, coworkers, and their families to get vaccinated and get booster vaccinations against COVID-19, while understanding that there are personal reasons that may prevent some members from being vaccinated, such as health issues or religious beliefs.
After reviewing the status of CDC and OSHA guidelines, the Task Force also decided it is in the best interest of worker safety to continue masks in all worksites at this time. (read more)

Ymani, your timing in passing this along couldn’t have been better! I have 7 brothers and sisters and only one remains unjabbed, like me. We each have one son who is also unjabbed and they’ve both been receiving considerable pressure from their companies to get jabbed. My nephew spent several years becoming schooled and trained for his job and he loves it. After receiving a letter from his HR department yesterday that he had until January 31, 2022, to get vaccinated or face measures up to and including termination, he announced he was exhausted from the fight and was going to take the vaccine.
My sister was naturally beside herself with fear and grief at the possibilities, and learning of the ruling of the New Brunswick Labour Board has given everyone renewed hope that both the job loss and the jab can be avoided. We’re in different provinces and are uncertain about the degree to which the dark side has infiltrated our respective Labour Boards in Nova Scotia and Ontario. However, we believe that the New Brunswick ruling used The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms as the foundation for its ruling and we’re optimistic that it will have application across all Labour Boards in the country.
After a tear-filled and hard day yesterday, there’s considerable joy in our households today after learning about this. As the story you posted pointed out, this ruling has been buried by the media and isn’t widely known. Ymani, you have our profound gratitude for bringing this story here so I can spread it as far as I can. And you’ve managed to immediately and significantly improve the mental health and well-being of eight people. And that’s before any of us pass the story to anyone else. In the primary for the special election for Florida’s 20th U.S. Congressional District seat, at least one Republican voter was initially told that Republicans could not vote because there were no ballots for Republicans. Big League Politics presents an incredible piece of citizen journalism showing poll workers in the heavily Democrat district admitting to the very serious problem.
“This video was provided by Jason Mariner, the Republican in the race,” patriot organizer Chris Nelson told Big League Politics. “This guy in the video was going to vote for the Republican primary. They had NO Republican ballots. This district is about 80 percent Democrat. Then he went back with video and they had found GOP ballots. But when he first went they had NONE. You can hear them admitting it on tape. That district is the most corrupt in the United States of America.”
