I long thought that some number approaching Half of the persons who came into the ER at my work were just trying to stay warm and get a sandwich.
This business of children with such heart problems would likely overwhelm me. I always avoided the NICU & PICUS. I am simply not cut out for that sort of work.
The real horror of it is that these problems are the result of malicious plotting, scheming, and the desire of attaining of objectives that shall always elude me as to the real value.
It seems impossible to imagine that there are people out there who strive to kill us and our children, yet the evidence of it is in a word, undeniable.
