I trust Sidney. But I dont understand why anyone would patent an election rigging algorithm. Patents protect an inventor so they can profit from their invention. Drawing attention to this idea would be the last thing a person would want to do. And how do you translate that idea into a marketable tool... Sidney pls explain.
