The 5th Circuit’s brilliant opinion staying OSHA’s vaccine mandate
In one brutal paragraph after another, the Court rips apart the mandate, citing law, facts, OSHA precedent, and even a Ron Klain tweet. It’s a tour de force that makes it unlikely that any halfway honest court can or would resuscitate the mandate or that either OSHA or even Congress could try again.

The OSHA stuff came up at hubby’s board meeting (federal bank) and the CEO is also on a hospital board. Hubby asked the CEO if the bank was in the business of practicing medicine! We have had one shot and 7 days later we both had covid so we haven’t gotten any more and will not get any more. He thinks he may have to resign but doesn’t really want to yet. Time will tell.

Regarding the last chapter of the Bible - someone quoted on twitter (I think it was Twitter) that the Four Horseman are Moderna, Pfizer, Astro Zeneca and J&J whose job is to purge 1/3 of humanity.

On October 31st we exclusively revealed how an investigation of the USA’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) found extremely high numbers of adverse reactions and deaths have been reported against specific lot numbers of the Covid-19 vaccines numerous times, meaning deadly batches of the experimental injections have now been identified.
That investigation also led to the discovery that 130 different lot numbers of Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine distributed to more than 13 states, harmed on average 639 times more people, hospitalised on average 109 times more people, and killed on average 22 times more people than the 4,289 different lt number of Pfizer vaccine distributed to 12 states or less.
However, the most shocking finding of the investigation was that 100% of Covid-19 vaccine deaths reported to VAERS with identified lot numbers had been caused by just 5% of the batches produced. But the deeply troubling findings don’t end there, because we decided to conduct further analysis of the VAERS data on the Covid-19 vaccines, and we’ve discovered that the majority of the deadliest batches were clearly sent to Republican controlled red states across the USA.…

Newly released footage of the Ashli Babbitt shooting has been obtained and released by Judicial Watch. The footage is part of the 14,000 hours of documented surveillance video that the FBI and Capitol Police have refused to release to the public.
The footage is striking in that it shows Capitol Police officers gathered behind the protesters while they suspiciously orchestrate a break-in of a corridor to the Senate chambers.

So I visited my primary care Dr. this week for a regularly scheduled visit. Only one other person in the waiting room.
I signed in and talked to the receptionist. The table that they had at the entrance to stop and make sure you wore a mask was gone.
The receptionist did hand me a mask, without comment after I was registered. In the exam room both PCP and I were without masks most of the time.
PCP said he does not follow the CDC or NIH, he is reading Virology and Immunology stuff daily. He does like the vax-appreciates the technology, and has had his booster. Partly because he is the medical director for the center, and feels a need to set a good example.
Opposed to the mandate. Doesn't try to convince me to take the jab. Protocol he follows involves neutraceuticals, if a person has mild symptoms. The center has walk up windows, and drive up parking to take a rapid test.
If positive, treatment is arranged. The mono-clonal antibodies are administered in conjunction with the ambulance district - they come to your home. The center also has a set up to do it there.
There is a possibility of preventative treatment(IIRC with monoclonals) if you had exposure and you are in fragile health or fit the profile of those who get sickest. Treatment is expensive, but Medicare will cover it.
A nurse working for the Calvert County Health Department gave a student at Dowell Elementary School in Lusby, Maryland, a COVID 19 vaccine without consent from the student’s parents. The student was six years old and did NOT have consent from their parents. Even after the child told the nurse they weren’t supposed to get the vaccine; the student was still given the jab.
