My daughter age 42 just got over Covid this week and she has for years taken Vitamins C, zinc and 4,000 D. She said that this has been the worst illness she has ever experienced. She had102’ fever for 4 days mostly weak and tired. Luckily hubby and 4 kids didn’t get it.
All I am saying is Covid can be very bad and don’t expect a magic pill.
wow. glad youe daughter recovvered. severity of symptoms seem to vary from person to person. My sister has it now.
I had it and have the persistent antibodies to prove it, and it was just a cold.
All I am saying is Covid can be very bad and don’t expect a magic pill.

I’m glad she got over it!
So many Americans are deficient in D3 that for them, it is a ‘magic pill’. Consider, why hasn’t the CDC mentioned it if it could cut hospitalization/death so economically and improve overall public immunity. WHy not give away D3 at school and at the doctors office? Fauci primly told an interviewer he takes D3 but I haven’t heard him say much about them - just the vax vax vax vax.
Happy your daughter got over it. Just a thought...different people need different amounts of D3...and the levels most docs consider “normal” are lower than they should be. 60-80 is best...just had mine tested at end of summer...it was 67...and I take @8000iu+ a day during summer. In winter I try and take 10,000 a day.
Amazing that your daughters symptoms sound the same as all the flu episodes I have ever had throughout my life.
The current test for “covid” can’t tell the difference between the “covid” and the flu.
I’ve known several who had a bad run and two elderly who died.
Glad she’s over it.
The only thing I see missing there is a zinc ionophore. Taking Zinc without one is pointless. It cannot pass through the cell membrane sufficiently to make much of a difference.
Quercetin is good zinc Ionophore. I’ve been taking 500mg a day of it, with zinc since May of last year, as well as 5000 of D, selenium and a b-complex.
