Many staff members and reporters at the network have been very outspoken critics of mandates.
According to a report from Mediaite, Newsmax cited the implementation of COVID rules by Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) as their excuse for caving in.
“To ensure that we are in compliance, we require that all vaccinated employees submit a copy of their vaccination card,” the email, obtained by Mediaite, informed staff.
Newsmax host Steve Cortes ranted against mandates on Thursday’s episode of his show, the same day that they were notified about the new requirements at the network.
“There is zero, and I mean zero, moral or ethical obligation for anyone to be compelled to get vaccinated,” Cortes said. He added that mandates are “insane workplace discrimination.”
Employees at the network have until Jan. 4, 2022 to be fully vaccinated, or else they will be required to take a weekly COVID test.

Companies have got to start standing up to this and just refusing it. They’re the ones charged with enforcing it on their employees.

I figured it was something like that.
Fox News apparently allows Testing in place of vaccination.
I thought we wrote Newsmax off months ago when they banned criticizing Dominion.
Can someone correct me if I am wrong? The testing applies to those granted medical or religious exemption. A company in Florida that I applied to a job with notified me that all new hires and current employees need to get the jab. They did mention of accomodations but I am sure they won't accomodate new hires.

Under 6C, they give an employer the way to ignore their intervention in this, or any area, they try to deem a hazard. And even OSHA is not stupid enough to deem anything a hazard since it so far wide, then the whole country will have to be placed under Marshall law to curtail the spread based upon their determination as they are using it with their mandate. Nobody leaves their cave, no work is accomplished, all businesses will have to be closed as this is based upon a “hazard” and not related to business operations, just exitance. Thus they are in over their heads.
