Ok so it dealt with a state level requirement and a fine for not getting a shot/dose.
What’s going on now is nationwide and doesn’t involve a fine- it’s ‘get the shot or be tested or else lose your job’.
I wonder if that ruling has been cited in any court cases between then and 2020 before the covid shots.
