Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has introduced a bill aimed at banning the federal government and public schools from requiring COVID-19 vaccines for children.

Another trick vaccine makers use is to have a brief period to monitor test participants for adverse events. Pfizer only followed cohort 1 for two months and cohort 2 for 17 days for adverse events. But many adverse events take much longer to show up. Dr. Brown observed: “As the old saying goes, ‘you can have it quick or you can have it done right, but you cannot have both.’ Pfizer chose quick.”

Here’s the real reason Comirnaty is not available
“The reason Comirnaty isn’t available is because those shots would expose the company to liability since the fully-licensed product doesn’t have the liability waiver of the EUA product.
But once the Pfizer vaccine is fully approved in kids, then Pfizer gets liability waiver on all age groups due to a “feature” in federal law for child vaccines (NCVIA). At that time, they are done. They can market the COVID vaccine products under full approval for all age groups and face no liability when it kills or disables you.
This is why they are focused on the kids. This is why there is a reformulation at a 1/3 dose and they changed the buffer and the storage conditions (low temperatures not required). All of these will weaken the protection, but result in a safer vaccine (since it is ineffective).”

Possibly. The principle of the greater good was applied to the vaccine. Consider that the death rate of small pox was 30%-no really effective therapeutics as an alternative.
IIRC, the state had written the law and did not provide a religious exemption, and the strongest part of the case was relying on that exemption- So the SCOTUS deferred to the State Law. Additionally, the punishment was a small fine. Nothing so draconian as denial of service, shopping, and making a living.
It is in more recent years, that laws were passed to protect people from unwanted experimentation or medical treatments.
To me the very good survival rate for everyone except the elderly and sick vs. the harm rate of the faux Vax would support that the Public good is better served with allowing a risk/benefit analysis by an individual and their doctor.
To me, the issue of treatment vs. vaccine comes into play due to the laws that were enacted after Nuremberg. And if the court accepts that the faux vax is not a vaccine, but a biologic therapeutic, then those laws would clearly apply and the Vax Mandate would be illegal.

When a patient in her 70s came into the emergency department at Kootenay Lake Hospital in Nelson, B.C., Dr. Kyle Merritt had no idea hundreds of people were dying of heat across the province.
It was late June, and British Columbia was consumed under a heat wave that would soon go down as both the hottest and deadliest in Canadian history.
The head of the hospital’s emergency department, Merritt could see the aggravated toll the extreme heat took on patients battling multiple health problems at once, often with little money.
“She has diabetes. She has some heart failure. … She lives in a trailer, no air conditioning,” says Merritt of the senior patient.
“All of her health problems have all been worsened. And she’s really struggling to stay hydrated.”
As the mercury climbed, more patients arrived and pressure on the hospital mounted. Merritt and his colleagues tried to make sense of a surge in heat illness most had only seen in medical school.
“We were having to figure out how do we cool someone in the emergency department,” says the doctor. “People are running out to the Dollar Store to buy spray bottles.”
Merritt remembers hitting a tipping point, the extreme heat an opening salvo in another summer of crisis. He started contacting other doctors and nurses, in Prince George, Kamloops, Vancouver and Victoria.
