Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

Sinus slide (eww!)

Fermented and/or immunity-boosting foods and beverages include—

• Yogurt
• Kefir (this is usually dairy-based, but you can make your own using almond milk)
• Kombucha Tea (check for brands labeled gluten-free if that's an issue)
• Fermented soy products like Tempeh, Natto, Miso (I personally stay away from soy, but if that's your thing and you can find non-GMO versions, go for it.)
• Pickled foods like Sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, pickled beets, etc.
• Apple Cider Vinegar — use Bragg's unfiltered ACV to insure it is gluten-free and only use ACV that includes the "mother." I take 1 tablespoon ACV plus a dash of cinnamon, a couple of drops of liquid Stevia (or honey) to sweeten, then mix it with about 1/2-3/4 cup of water and just throw it down the hatch quickly.
• Brewer's Yeast (again, check for labels that are gluten free, as these are usually derived from the beer-making process)

• Vegemite spread — comes in a gluten-free version.
• Daily Wellness drink mix from LifeVantage — includes a big dose of fermented yeast and vitamins. Elderberry-Acai flavor. The flavor is mild and when I want a sweeter, tangier version, I add the Dragon Fruit Axio to the bottle, which makes it tart and fizzy. • Raw Milk — obviously not dairy free and illegal in some states. Once you taste it you'll never go back to pasteurized milk. Also, if you obtain it locally from grass-fed cows, it's full of antibodies to all the local allergens that are causing problems with your sinuses/allergies. Cows eat the same grasses that you are allergic to, then they create antibodies to the pollens, then we get to drink extra antibodies while supporting local cows. Win-win.

Obviously not the same issue as the Poles are having, since the are a sovereign nation.

Hypothetical, in some states your scenario would be murder. If it occurred to me, I'd warn them verbally and kill every one that didn't depart, ensuring hits on the front. So no murder in my case.
