I saw a thread yesterday - the entire thread has since vanished - regarding a park ranger somewhere who was tasked with removing/counting snakes in a slow moving river...The thread was about a photographer who captured a photo (a really beautiful photo) of an orangutang extending a hand to the ranger, who was chest high in muck, to help the man out of the water.
As I stated it was an exceptional photo. We could see mostly the back of the ranger on the right side of the image while the orangutang was left of center, squatting with it’s right arm and hand fully extended on the shoreline.
There was so much humanity, if you will allow me to observe it, in this photo that I’m positive that this photo will win an award someday.
Soon after the photo was posted another version was posted as well with the caption: ‘Marry Me Barak’

That court case dealt with an item that had a different definition.
In January there will be a fully approved item with a different definition.
So, I can’t see that having full approval will affect anything.
The key as I see it is in the definition of the item.
