“Mayo Clinic Researchers find Recipients of Johnson & Johnson Covid Vaccine are 3.5X MORE LIKELY THAN GENERAL POPULATION to Develop Rare, Deadly Blood Clotting Condition [CVST] in Brain...”
3.5 times what is to be expected doesn’t seem all that rare. 250% more. Sounds bad no matter how you put it.

Brook Jackson, a now-fired regional director at Ventavia Research Group, revealed to The BMJ that vaccine trials at several sites in Texas last year had major problems - including falsified data, broke fundamental rules, and were 'slow' to report adverse reactions.
When she notified superiors of the issues she found, they fired her.
A regional director who was employed at the research organisation Ventavia Research Group has told The BMJ that the company falsified data, unblinded patients, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and was slow to follow up on adverse events reported in Pfizer’s pivotal phase III trial.
Staff who conducted quality control checks were overwhelmed by the volume of problems they were finding. After repeatedly notifying Ventavia of these problems, the regional director, Brook Jackson, emailed a complaint to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Ventavia fired her later the same day. Jackson has provided The BMJ with dozens of internal company documents, photos, audio recordings, and emails. -The BMJ

Just turned on FOX for election coverage. They’re already explaining why McAuliffe will win.
Surprise, Wallace says Youngkin campaigned better and “it feels” like he will win.
I just hope not many were turned away and they didn’t spread the word.
Thanks.
Glenn Youngkin GOP 10,693 56.26%
Terry McAuliffe DEM 8,121 42.72%
Princess Blanding OTH 194 1.02%
Color me surprised. Bret Beir says Virginia will dump early votes and mailed ballots early instead of late, so it might show high democrat numbers until everything counted (the opposite of what he said in 2020). Then his co host says we might not know results until Friday. I still don’t trust them.
After talking about Trump more than anything else, McAuliffe suddenly says “this isn’t about Trump”

Didn’t know Trump was on the ballot, this is too funny!
Just got back from voting at the Amvet Hall in town.
Hope everyone voted today!
Fairfax county is reporting problems and results delayed. Of course they are.
Problems being able to count votes reported by Fairfax County.
Right on cue.

VIRGINIA GOVERNOR’S RACE: With 25% reporting, Republican Glenn Youngkin leads Democrat Terry McAuliffe 52.0% to 47.3% - CNN
I heard that. They need to see how many votes McAuliffe needs.
Lol
Sorry about that; it was kinda buried wasn’t it?
Saw some threads about it at the time-well, at the time it was reported which I think was a couple of weeks after the reported incident. Several posters tried to find any info about this pilot dying in mid-flight but I don’t think anything turned up, other than the initial report.
Same thing happened a couple of times back during the summer; several airline employees were reported to have died shortly after receiving the vax. Those employees were identified but none of them died of complications from the vax.
Youngkin behind in Loudin County, with 92% of vote in.
“Those employees were identified but none of them died of complications from the vax.”
Or so they say. Hard to believe anyone these days. If they died shortly after the vax that is suspicious.
I don’t remember ever hearing about the pilot dying in mid air. If true, not to make light of it, but first thing that I thought of was the blow-up co-pilot in “Airplane”.
I've seen enough: Glenn Youngkin (R) defeats Terry McAuliffe (D) in the Virginia governor's race. #VAGOV— Dave Wasserman (@Redistrict) November 3, 2021
