Ok, so I filled out my “form” 2 days ago regarding the “religious accommodation” (exemption) for the vaccine mandate at work. This was done with some legal guidance so as to allow for potential future legal proceedings.
Anyway, the form we used came directly from the “Safer Federal Workforce Task Force”, and is outlined in this article in the Federalist. Seems that the form itself, as many of us at work have noted, is very problematic, with a few leading questions designed solely to entrap the person filling it out.
