This sounds like an administrative rule that is now being “waived” without the official “wavier”. Can this be done? Is there a law (not CFR) that requires reporting?

Why? Trump was doing his best to reverse this insanity. When he gets back it will be pedal to the metal “Made in the USA”.
The WH is full on attempting to turn America into a communist nation. Mandates without law, all sorts of violations of the constitution, lockdowns, forced vaccinations for children, food and other commodity prices going through the roof, inflation rates quadrupling, energy costs skyrocketing, illegals being flown all over the nation without consideration for the impacts to society (ie., healthcare, housing, crime rates, etc), this can no longer stand.

That’s absolutely not right, it is a fallacious interpretation that feeds directly into the Socialist vision of “how things work”.
Congress is supposed to have 0 power when it comes to contracts, and the erosion of that insulation between them and the citizen is a large part of what feeds todays problems. At it’s heart is the assumption that citizenry are owed, or entitled, to some form/means of employment. That puts one immediately into the realm of superseding property rights and arbitrarily confiscating disproportionate wealth from citizens based on their efforts and abilities.

The rumor I’ve seen is that once Pedo forces the MIL to “vax” then China will be in a position to yield the “antidote” which will not save the “vaxed” from dying (they’re toast) but stop them from the mass excretion of spike proteins that they’re now trying to kill everyone else with. At this point I will never allow the medical industry to put a needle in me ever again.
They can’t be trusted to put what they say is in the needle in the needle and nothing else.

As an unvaxed in Alberta, I can’t go to any restaurant or bar or sports event, movie, etc. I can shop but there’s a mask mandate I choose to ignore and rarely get called on. We order stuff online mostly, and they bring it to our car, either for free (included in the price) or a nominal fee. Usually free because they want the business.
For three bucks, Real Canadian Stuporstore lets you order online and they’ll shop the items for you and being them to the car. My wife misses shopping but I think it’s great. I’m sure missing my pubs, though!
But screw them! Supposedly conservative Alberta. Bah! I’ll outlast ‘em!
