Sullivan also served with Clinton as a top aide in the State Department and a national security advisor to then-Vice President Joe Biden during the Obama administration.[2]
Sullivan, a Yale Law graduate and Rhodes scholar, clerked for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
