You’ve got to be kidding. 70’s rock and R&B is some of the best music ever

Quite a bit of good stuff in the 70s too - it was the decade of Led Zepp, Deep Purple, The Who, and Pink Floyd as,well as KC and the Sunshine Band.

Just gonna say it. You’re nuts! Your assessment of 70’s music is ridiculous.

Oh, I beg to differ.

Bang A Gong (Get It On) - T.Rex

I'm Eightteen - Alice Cooper

Night Moves - Bob Seger

We're An American Band - Grand Funk

La Grange - ZZ Top

I could go on and on - great soul music (light years ahead of the black music of today), great r&b, great British acts (Badfinger, Bad Company, Rod Stewart, Faces, Stones).

NOTHING?! Dark Side of the Moon, Quadrophenia, Houses of the Holy and Goodbye Yellow Brick Road. And that’s just 1973. The 70s were awesome. Everybody obsesses on disco but totally forget that was the end of the 70s. The early 70s was the era of good prog, the rev up of metal and great exploration. Fragile, Larks Tongues, Paranoid, Funkadelic, Parliament. The 70s were the greatest decade.
