CDC Director Says Vaccines 'Can't Prevent Transmission'; Dr. Fauci Says 'It's Too Early To Tell' On Holiday Gatherings

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said last week that Covid vaccines 'can't prevent transmission' anymore despite working "exceptionally well."

"Our vaccines are working exceptionally well. They continue to work well for Delta with regard to severe illness and death - they prevent it, but what they can't do anymore is prevent transmission," she told CNN's Wolf Blitzer. "So if you’re going home to someone who is not vaccinated…I would suggest you wear a mask in public indoor settings," she continued.

CDC director Rochelle Walensky says that the vaccine *cannot* prevent transmission. So why are all these Pro-Vaxxers saying that it can? pic.twitter.com/8aaDTh8N3T — Anthony Brian Logan (ABL) 🇺🇸 (@ANTHONYBLOGAN) October 2, 2021

That said, Walensky may have actually undersold the vaccines. According to a preprint study by British scientists at the University of Oxford, people who have taken AstraAeneca's Covid-19 vaccine and contract the virus are just as likely to spread it as the unvaccinated after 90 days, while the Pfizer vaccine's ability to reduce transmission is "substantially" reduced over the same period, according to the records of nearly 150,000 contacts that were traced from approximately 100,000 initial cases.

As NBC News reports, "The samples included people who were fully or partially vaccinated with either the Pfizer-BioNTech (BNT162b2) or the AstraZeneca (ChAd0x1) vaccines, as well as people who were unvaccinated. The researchers then looked at how the vaccines affected the spread of the virus if a person had a breakthrough infection with either the alpha variant or the highly contagious delta variant." Of note, both vaccines were more effective against the Alpha variant.

Initially, both vaccines reduced transmission from a fully vaccinated person to a given contact. Specifically, if a vaccinated individual is infected with the Delta variant, a given contact was 65% less likely to test positive if the infected had two doses of the Pfizer vaccine, and 36% less likely with AstraZeneca.

Yet, buried in the 14th paragraph of the report, NBC News notes:

The new study showed that protection against transmission seemed to wane over time, however. After three months, people who had breakthrough infections after being vaccinated with AstraZeneca were just as likely to spread the delta variant as the unvaccinated. While protection against transmission decreased in people who had received the Pfizer vaccine, there was still a benefit when compared with people who were unvaccinated.

In the words of the researchers, the Pfizer vaccine's ability to reduce transmission was 'substantially' lower by week 12.

They also found that while the Pfizer vaccine was superior in reducing transmission to contacts, protection against Covid-19 in the first place waned faster vs. AstraZeneca.

As for where people are coming into contact with the infected - the study found that 70% occurred within households, 10% from household visitors, 10% at 'events and activities,' and 10% at work or school.

What does this mean for the holidays? According to Dr. Anthony Fauci, it's 'too soon to tell' whether people can safely gather together for Christmas this year.

With all the mixed messaging, is anyone really shocked at the widespread 'vaccine hesitancy' among healthcare professionals?

I only watched about 15 minutes, but the part about the media reading the same copy in unison is as I had suspected.

A media conglomerate sends out one copy of a narrative to all of their affiliate stations, and the local anchors all read the same story verbatim each night.

We knew that the Democrats send out daily talking points, as we've seen this ever since the common national reporting of "gravitas" with Dick Cheney. However, I used to assume that local news was safe in their focus on traffic, weather, and local crime.

Not any more. Local news is just as entangled in the LAAP-dog media message machine.

Maybe Merck sees ivermectin as a drug only for "treatment of intestinal (i.e., nondisseminated) strongyloidiasis due to the nematode parasite Strongyloides stercoralis and for the treatment of onchocerciasis due to the nematode parasite Onchocerca volvulus."

Merck now has completed the third stage trials on molnupiravir and has made application for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to the U.S. FDA.

It's a prodrug of N4-hydroxycytidine (NHC), a nucleoside analog that's been investigated for decades. It works by pushing the RNA replication step into making so many errors that the end result can't even produce a competent virus. It is obvious that they have solved the side-effects of molnupiravir which can be be cytotoxic.

The hepatitis A and B vaccine is given in a series of 3 shots. The booster shots are given 1 month and 6 months after the first shot. If you have a high risk of hepatitis infection, you may be given 3 shots within 30 days, and a fourth shot 12 months after the first.

I received three polio vaccinations. The second and the third were called boosters.

Diphtheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis - From the Mayo Clinic:

Children 10 years of age and older, and adults, may need an additional immunization called a booster against diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis. Adults and teenagers should receive Tdap instead of the tetanus-diphtheria (Td) injection if it has been 10 years or more since their last tetanus-diphtheria vaccine.

It’s a stinking cold, for crying out loud.

The problems with deaths is the refusal by the medical community to treat it until people have become critically ill, you know, can’t breathe and lips turning blue. THEN they are told to finally seek medical treatment, which is likely to kill them, you know, like Remdesivir and venting them.

Medical negligence and medical malpractice is the driving force behind the deaths associated with Covid, and the death rate has additionally been jacked by reporting almost everything as a Covid death, whether it was or not.

And don’t forget all the elderly that cuomo and his buddies murdered in nursing homes by deliberately sending sick people into them to infect people who are already at death’s door where even a hangnail would about push them over the edge.

The survival rate for Covid is over 99% and that is without medical intervention. It some treatment protocol had been given upon diagnosis at the beginning of the illness then people would have been far less likely to die from complications of an untreated illness.

We have had many flu seasons with higher death rates and nobody has panicked in the kind of tailspin like the left is pushing on us over Covid.

The only gaslighting is being done by the left and big pharma, and people are finally waking up to the lies and fraud we’ve been living under for way too long.

Were any of those 'boosters' you listed given because the original shots didn't work, as is the case with these phony covid vaxes?

No? Comparison denied.

Nice try, though.

You have to look at the deaths that have piled up since the start of the pandemic:

World wide: 4,822,218

The USA: 722,254, which is the highest of any country.

The potential of COVID to mutate into a more deadly virus is what makes it an unpredictable virus worth serious consideration. Some might still argue that this disease has not entered the “grave” range that would warrant mandatory vaccination. The Spanish influenza killed many more (50–100 million), and it afflicted younger rather than older people, meaning even more “life years” were lost. It is not difficult to imagine a Superflu, or a bioengineered bug, killing 10% across all ages. This would certainly be a grave public health emergency where it is likely a mandatory vaccination would certainly be employed. Given its potential, it becomes a judgement call.

OK Doc, I thought you had me. However, it is not the vaccines that are the problem. It is the human immune system that needs a boost because of the Delta Variant.

Answer this question: Are you taking Ivermecten as a preventative?

It is the human immune system that needs a boost because of the Delta Variant.

It is the vax that created the variant mutations. One does not vaccinate in the midst of a pandemic. I thought we told you lunkheads this a long time ago. Now you reap the consequences.

And what is your solution? To vax in the midst of a pandemic. SOME MORE!!!!

At what point will you lame-o's realize the 'medical community' has its head up its collective ass and learn to think for yourself?

Answer this question: Are you taking Ivermecten as a preventative?

I don't answer your questions. You answer my questions. You must come to understand that I am the ultimate authority on all things covid and derp state.

When will you people ever learn?

Doc! Doc! Doc! The vaccines don't create the variants. Didn't you know the Delta Variant originated in India before India had the vaccine? Come on man! And, I shouldn't repeat what you wrote, but Doc, you should be ashamed to use the Ad Hominem attack that said, "At what point will you lame-o's realize the 'medical community' has its head up its collective ass and learn to think for yourself?" "Lunkheads" "Lame-o's?" Using personal attacks and "Poisoning the well": You are using the logic of our fake president Joe by attempting to refute an argument by attacking the opposition’s intelligence, morals, education, professional qualifications, personal character or reputation, using a corrupted negative argument from your throne on high.

Didn't you know the Delta Variant originated in India before India had the vaccine?

Interesting take. And who told you this fun fact? The CDC? The WHO? Fauci? The same people who don't even have a test that can tell if somebody even HAS the covid, much less a 'variant'?

You really need to stop being such a sucker, jonrick. You seem to believe anything you're told. Vaccines create mutant strains of a virus. This is simple, basic, and well known science.

More science: Do NOT vaccinate in the middle of a pandemic.

you should be ashamed to use the Ad Hominem attack

But, strange as it may sound, I am not.

Vaccine pressure on the virus induces viral mutation.

Was not the cv19vx tested in India back in 2020?
