I was taking 6500 iu a day and my Dr. scaled me back to 1000. Was concerned about too much calcium.
It’s hard to OD on D3. Better more than too little.
(I have a spit load of Comorbidities)

Isn’t vitamin K2 supposed to keep too much calcium out of your blood and direct it to the bones where it belongs?

If you take lots of D3, take it in conjunction with extra K2 which puts the calcium in bones and teeth.

K2 also interacts with a number of blood thinners.

Look up the drug interaction guide for any medications you’re on and discuss it with your doctors.
