I am of the opinion that, while a great sound bite, stating that “Trump Won” is only feeding the media hacks.
They are consistent in saying the Audit was doen to prove Trump won the elction.

I’m holding my position that proving wide-spread fraud and an interstate conspiracy to defraud is the end-game for audits.
Once that is shown...and it will be...there can be no definitive “call” on who won any of the races.
Fraud vitiates.

We the people will need to assert our 10th Amendment privilege, through our State Legislatures (since, they have plenary rule making authority) and make real, usable reform that cannot be co-opted by a nefarious executive bureaucracy.

In the interim, we should have the military >continue< to “run” the country within their sphere of control; that is acting OUTSIDE the political arena.

It is my understanding that vitamin D is fat soluble, so it needs to be taken with a food source of fat for the body to process. I may be wrong, but I recollect that is what I’ve read before.

Not true.

I have taken a D supplement for over 15 years. Take 5000 iu daily. Early this year my blood test for D came in at the very high end of normal. High 70’s if I remember correctly.
(I also take quercetin and NAC, zinc and other great supplements, workout regularly, etc.)

Well last part of June my husband and I got covid. Both of us had a fever and felt awful for a week. He got better. After 5 days I got covid pneumonia with dangerously low oxygen levels. Spent a week in the ICU. My lungs are now permanently scarred and am scared the damage is progressive.

So no, a great fit D level is good, but not the difference between a good and bad covid outcome.
