In my opinion, Brian has become his parents’ worse nightmare. He came home to Mommy and Daddy’s house in his fiancé’s van without her. How could they possibly think there was a valid reason for that, when she had been living with them? If they “broke up”, she would have kept her van. At the very least, his parents should have reached out to someone in her family, UNLESS he confessed to them. I have a hard time believing they will go anywhere now without their every move being scrutinized, as long as their son is on the run. They will have no peace.
