Hell, it was a local, 22 year old cop who found Eric Rudolph in the middle of the night in North Carolina as Rudolph was dumpster diving.

The Eff Bee Eye had been searching for Rudolph for many months, with helicopters too, costing the taxpayers millions.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Dog the Bounty Hunter found Laundrie first.
