Excerpts From LTC. Theresa Long'd affadivit below.

"I, Lieutenant Colonel Theresa Long, MD, MPH, FS being duly sworn, depose and state as follows:

"1. I make this affidavit, as a whistle blower under the Military Whistleblower Protection Act, Title 10 U.S.C. § 1034, in support of the above referenced MOTION as expert testimony in support thereof."

"2. The expert opinions expressed here are my own and arrived at from my persons, professional and educational experiences taken in context, where appropriate, by scientific data, publications, treatises, opinions, documents, reports and other information relevant to the subject matter and are not necessarily those of the Army or Department of Defense."

-----> "15. It is therefore my responsibility and that of every leaders to apply the steps of risk management to the current pandemic and countermeasures used. The CDC and the FDA are civilian agencies that do not have the mission of National Defense that the DOD has. Guidance and recommendations made by these civilian agencies must be filtered through strategic perspective of national defense and the potential risks recommendations may have on the health of the entire fighting force. Ensuring that the health of the fighting force is not compromised is a strategic imperative, for which every military physician is responsible to of the entire fighting force. ----> 32. I am also aware of the Secretary of Defense Austin’s order in relation to Covid Vaccine mandates made this week. In an information paper, it was stated that, “Unit personnel should use only as much force as necessary to assist medical personnel with immunizations.” The use of force to administer a medical treatment or therapy against the will of a mentally competent individual constitutes medical battery and universally violates medical ethics. Currently, I am not aware of the Comirnaty available within the DOD. Emergency Use Authorized vaccines, despite the attempt to characterize some of them as approved despite such approved versions not being available and regardless of a military member’s prior immunity to Covid 19; even where it may be demonstrated with a recent antibody test."

I can’t figure this out. The affidavit sure looks genuine. And there are many mentions of if it on different websites.

But here’s the thing. Every mention of it (including Gen. Flynn’s) eventually links back to a single website called deepcapture.com. And deepcapture makes no mention of where they got the affidavit.

I could find no other source. Very odd.

She’s a whistle blower who is likely to be removed from service, possibly jailed for her honest concerns. She likely can’t name the person who gave her the information because the Deep State will go after that person too. We’re under biowarfare attack and Biden is leading it in the US. Being a part of Biden’s military means she risked everything to protect the safety of our country, and for this she will be treated very, very harshly.

I think there’s a chance that the affidavit is fake. And I say this because the original source for it (deepcapture.com) makes no mention of where they got it. No mention at all.

A legitimate reporter would give at least a bit of background information to help support his story. Did he get the affidavit from LTC Long herself? From her website? From a a government filing? We should have been told something.

By the way, I am not arguing that therefore the vaccines must be safe. Heck, Dr. Fauci lies to us almost every day. I am very skeptical of anything he says. And I suppose that has made me skeptical in general.

Just to let you know that I have been searching everywhere for this Theresa Long.

I used different variations of her name and titles.

I searched Military records.

I can Not find this person anywhere. The ONLY thing on her is this supposed statement. No other information or imagine relating to Lt.C Long.

I hope whoever wrote this statement is aware that there are laws against “Stolen Valor”.

I set out to check her and validate her but there is zero, absolutely nothing except this statement that is flying through the Conspiracy Laced Anti-Vaccine Blogs. Oh, and Gab.

Anyone can write a well crafted statement.
It appears someone did.

But, if you can find her, prove she is real, I would be seriously impressed.

I posted this on the other thread about this topic, but thought I'd post it here too.

I hope this affidavit is accurate and true, however, that being said, as a government employee and one versed in properly preparing military documentation, this document is full of typographical errors; i.e., paragraph numbering, missing exhibits and referenced attachments, and a few other things.

Sure, what she shares is what we all want to see, but one needs to find out, 1 - is Theresa Long is a real person, 2 - if this Whisteblower affidavit has actually been filed, and 3 - her current military status. For the most part, whistleblowers are immediately ostracized and given duties other than what they were performing.

In other words, more research.
