Laundries has been issued a warrant for debit card fraud because he used Pettito’s debit card. That’s what they have now to get him picked up and held.

Making that stick likely depends on proving that he knew she was dead when he used the card. He could say that they were attacked by some illegals, and they raped and killed her, but he survived and he needed to use the debit card because he was robbed. That would put many people in a mental funk. I don't know what criminal history this guy has to assume that he murdered her.

No, and we don't know the cause of death either. (At least I don't.) I do know that the Bidet Regime opened the Southern border and let millions of illegals into the country. Enough of them are undoubtedly criminals who might commit crimes against a woman on her own, or if there are enough of them, they could over power a single man who may or may not have still been with her when she met her demise.
