Per Islam the non-believers are there to support, i.e. be slaves, to the muslim. Muslims believe being on government support is what they are owed by non-muslims, a modern day form of jizya. Whereas in America, despite the attempt by the demo-fascists, it is still frowned upon to be on government assistance for a long period of time. Muslims see no problem sucking on the government teet due to their ideology.
