Country singing legend Garth Brooks really, really wants everyone to get vaccinated. He’s so adamant about it that he canceled his sold-out tour playing in big venues, opting instead to do a “dive bar” tour. The reason he’s doing this is absolutely ridiculous.
“The dive bars are vaccinated, that’s how you get to do it,” Brooks explained of his reasoning for resuming shows at smaller venues. “So, the great thing about this is, [the fans are] vaccinated or they have to show a 3-day negative in-advance test.”

There’s a few egg sucking country dorks out there. Various ones support same sex marriage, they’re anti-second amendment, pro vax, anti-conservative, pro-abortion. pro Obama, Biden, etc. I hope someone steals their pickups and sells the empty beer cans in the pickup bed.
What we are hearing so far is the sound of one side vaxxing no? Ya scurrilous unvaxxed are terrorizing those who are vaxxed. Ok, so when do we hear the rest of the story, about the vaxxed who are infecting the vaxxed AND the unvaxxed.
Naw, I prefer hi end wines like Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill.
Well, if I were in a dive bar, and Garth Brooks was singing, I would escort myself out.
Garth Brooks was a big deal back when GHWB was President. My boss back then, enjoyed Garth Brooks’ music. I enjoyed Leon Russell’s music. Somehow, we got along for 12 years...

just stay away from Annie Green Springs: it’s got arsenic in it, you know ...
Even then, whatever stupid thing Neil may have said, he gets a qualified pass. His early lyrics were heavily influenced by Ayn Rand (though he later softened into a somewhat milquetoast liberal). Further, MANY Rush fans were in turn drawn to a libertarian mindset vs idiotic liberalism by the bands music and lyrics - they may have done more to advance the cause of liberty via music than any other rock band, North or South of the border.
Music is very personal and good can be subjective, but I'd rather listen to Rush and ponder the lyrics of Red Barchetta before any Country song.
He’s gonna miss out on a lot of money.
At least Rush is insanely talented.
At that, I’m gonna listen to Red Barchetta.
He played Biden’s fake inauguration. Says it all.
Well I did have to learn the hard way. Many times.
This clown is a pop star with a cowboy hat. I like country. Couldn’t name a song by him.
Give me Junior Brown or Ween’s classic 12 Country Greats.
“It’s been several decades since I’ve been to a genuine dive bar.”
Do I bring my own tanks, fins and mask...or is there on-site rental?
...I'd look around, wondering if it turned into a gay bar.
“Boone’s Farm Strawberry Hill”
Worst drunk sick ever. Still get gag reflex to this day when Boone’s Farm is mentioned...and I quit drinking 35 years ago.
What’s the difference between a dive bar and a regular bar? Or, are all bars dive bars?
Make sure that you have easy access to your concealed piece, or stay the hell out of "dive bars".
I'm going to meet an old friend today at an old bar in a suspect neighborhood.
The bar is owned by an old dago pal from back in the 60s {and he still shows up almost daily}.
We will have a coupla beers and a bite to eat {the food is great so I'm not sure this qualifies as a dive}, but the area is not where I'd ever walk or drive, without a piece {or two}.
Garth Brooks is nothing more than a self promoting douchebag.
The man responsible for the wussification of Country Music.
