The Australian government has terminated its $1 billion deal with the University of Queensland's potential COVID-19 vaccine, and global biotech company CSL, after several trial participants returned false positive HIV test results.

Something suspicious here. The COVID PCL test reportedly doesn't distinguish between the Flu and COVID and here is a test that gives false positives for HIV?

The goal would be to change the test to match the vaccine, not the change (or discard) the vaccine to keep the test. Very suspiscous...

Those are NOT false positive PCR tests for HIV in Australia. Those are blood tests for HIV antibodies. And it is unfair to call them false positives, they are simply positive. One set of vaccines in Australia contained part of the genetic sequence for HIV, this is a fact. The vaccine was pulled months ago.
