Those are NOT false positive PCR tests for HIV in Australia. Those are blood tests for HIV antibodies. And it is unfair to call them false positives, they are simply positive. One set of vaccines in Australia contained part of the genetic sequence for HIV, this is a fact. The vaccine was pulled months ago.

One of the scientific studies reporting the gain of function research on SARS viruses back in 2014 utilized sequences from the HIV virus!
That may be related to the "false" positive to HIV noted here.
This needs further investigation.
