It is much, much harder to get in the past month or so.
The key is to make sure that it is ONLY ivermectin and nothing else.
Any of the brand names are fine:
Bimectin, Durvet ect...
However, finding it right now is problematic.

Is that a joke? I’ve never heard anyone think the wormer is administered anally.
Would the effects be different?
Never heard of an apple-flavored suppository.
Just make sure it’s only ivermectin and doesn’t contain an additional medication, which some products do. It would be listed on the box. Check out the MSDS for whatever product you decide on.

Just go to your DR and tell them you got the crabs, I gurantee you they ain’t going to look and want you out of the office pronto... This used to be the treatment for head lice on either head......
1. Durvet is the brand we used.
2. The human dose per pound of live weight is about the same as the horse dose per pound of live weight. The 50 lb dosage indicators on the tube are "good enough".
3. Never once did I or my DW think, even for a second, that the paste was to be injected "where the sun don't shine". The idea that it is apple flavored is a dead giveaway on the usage.
4. If you do not like the apple flavored idea, get some very small spatulas (Amazon) and size 0 or 00 empty gelatin capsules. Ordinary gelatin capsules, the vegetarian or vegan ones are slow dissolving and may not work properly.
