The FBI announced Tuesday that Teton County Coroner Dr. Brent Blue has confirmed remains found in the Bridger-Teton National Forest are those of Gabrielle Petito.
The coroner determined the 22-year-old's manner of death to be homicide. The exact cause of death is still under investigation.
For all those denying it was her, well, there it is.
Of course, now they’ll be denying he didn’t do it.
That being said I don't think she was crazy or out of control or did anything that would justify harming her.
“… 7 Brian planned to kill, then killed gabby (murder)…”

You forgot number 8, Gabby told the dirtbag she was leaving him (or at least she no longer wanted a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship…just “traveling companion”) and once he has an opportunity to have her in a remote/isolated carried out the murder. IMHO, that’s the most plausible situation given the overall situation.
One thing I heard today was that the female park police member at the traffic stop location had a long talk with Gabby counseling possibly ending the relationship at some point at a safe location.
Coroner determined it was homicide.
For one cop it became too personal. It was revealed that the cop who wrote the report is married to a woman who takes meds for anxiety attacks. The report also falsely states that Laundrie had a swollen eye when he had a scratch.
There's also the 911 call that was released and the witness stated that HE was slapping HER. The audio contradicts a police report that portrayed Petito as the aggressor, stating at one point she “began slapping” him after he told her to take a walk to calm down.
One of them "got it".
Gabby Petito warned by Utah park ranger that relationship with Brian Laundrie seemed ‘toxic’
LOL. No one pleads to the judge, "Not guilty, Your Honor, by virtue of HER insanity."
In other words, the "She made me do it" defense, which is unlikely to succeed.
Yeah. She was the aggressor and he couldn't take anymore and at 110lbs she was a brute.
I bet he poisoned her with python venom from FL.
Technically a suicide also qualifies as homicide.
No.
homicide
[ˈhäməˌsīd]
NOUN
NORTH AMERICAN
the unlawful killing of one person by another.
“… They had every right under the law to charge her with domestic violence but did not out of mercy for not ruining her life. …”

If you listen to the conversations between the cops, they specifically ruled out the element of “intent” on her part and thus escaped the “mandatory” take to jail requirement in their law.
LOL.

Dayum, and it was staring me in the face...
If her hyoid bone is broken (via strangulation) that will be evident. Decomposition isn’t what makes it tough, it’s scavenging by animals. I’ve seen road-killed deer disappear in 48 hours due to scavengers
LE said she was “seen” as opposed to buried.
Except for the man that called 911 and reported that Laundrie was slapping HER. That call has been released.
Not remotely what I was stating.
She can be crazy, and he can commit murder.
I didn’t see that reported.
Please read the OP. It states homicide.
That’s imho a variation of (7) (murder by Brian directly in person), but ya, and ya, it might be the most likely scenario given what we currently know (mane not everything at least not yet).
It would be nice to have the complete details of the coroner report (etc).
And there must be many such homicides that we never hear of in the media... for whatever reasons... :-/
She seemed, from a very small amount of video, to be imbalanced.
I never even implied murder would be justified.
I’ve dated a crazy girl. The best thing to do is find another girl. She likely won’t become “normal” ever.
Same for females trying to change a “bad boy”.
