In the video of the altercation in Utah on the body cam she admitted she hit the scumbag. The scumbag confirmed it. She admitted she lost it grabbed the wheel and hit him with her phone. The police, in that body cam video didn't do anything that I could tell AT THE TIME, improper. They had every right under the law to charge her with domestic violence but did not out of mercy for not ruining her life. They then separated them for the night. I think they acted proper.

That being said I don't think she was crazy or out of control or did anything that would justify harming her.

“… They had every right under the law to charge her with domestic violence but did not out of mercy for not ruining her life. …”

If you listen to the conversations between the cops, they specifically ruled out the element of “intent” on her part and thus escaped the “mandatory” take to jail requirement in their law.

She seemed, from a very small amount of video, to be imbalanced.
I never even implied murder would be justified.
I’ve dated a crazy girl. The best thing to do is find another girl. She likely won’t become “normal” ever.
Same for females trying to change a “bad boy”.

The 911 caller said he was slapping her both outside and inside the van.

“They had every right under the law to charge her with domestic violence but did not out of mercy for not ruining her life. “

Utah law does not give them that option.

That option is only given to attractive little girls.

Had he arrested her for her admission she went after him, grabbed the wheel of a moving car, and hit him with her phone... she would probably still be alive.

If the facts were reversed, there is no question a male would have been arrested. Separating for he night is not legal in this day and age. If you have enough to order them to separate, you have enough to arrest. If you don’t have enough to arrest, the cop doesn’t have enough to separate them.

It’s a twisted world in domestic violence land. Ask any cop or lawyer and you’ll get an earful.
