Todd Garrison, the police chief in North Port, said no criminality is suspected at this time. No physical search teams are currently on the ground as investigators are working to narrow down areas to investigate, he said. "We have resources and law enforcement partners that are out in the field following up tips and leads but as far as a grid search right now, we're still trying to narrow down geographic areas," he said in a news conference Thursday.
Police have said her fiancé, Brian Laundrie, has refused to speak with law enforcement but Garrison said investigators are solely focused on finding Petito. "We share the frustration with the world right now. Two people went on a trip, one person returned and that person that returned isn't providing us with any information," Garrison said. "My focus isn't to bring Brian in right now. My focus is to find Gabby."
Her father, Joe Petito, asked the public to come forward with any information that could help investigators. "I'm asking for help from the parents of Brian and I'm asking for the help of the family members and friends of the Laundrie family as well," Petito said. "Whatever you can do to make sure my daughter comes home, I'm asking for that help. There is nothing else that matters to me now."

I listened to a new one this am
Me too - “Update 1”. The very first one was Episode 138.
Thanks for the additional information, Faith65.
His Aug. 17-23 trip to Florida does look suspicious. Supposedly, he went to Florida to move everything from storage to his father’s house in order to cut costs. How much stuff did they have in storage to justify that trip? The largest storage unit might cost $400/month, but most units cost far less. So, how does the cost of a roundtrip ticket to Florida and 5 extra hotel nights in SLC for the girlfriend cut their costs? Maybe that trip means nothing, but it does look suspicious, especially because he took it around the time those two women were murdered. Hope police are checking that storage unit.
Thanks. I actually did take my bible the time we all got sent home and I’m gonna so big this time also.

This tweet claims there’s a “Zone of Death” in Yellowstone where someone can “get away with murder”:
Yellowstone “Zone of Death”?
Hard to believe it’s true, but here’s an article about it, published back in January this year:
Yellowstone Zone of Death is a Lawless Land in Idaho

Police suggested the couple stay separated that night- having BF stay at a hotel and Gabby in her van. Police took Brian to the Bowen Motel, which is a two minute walk to the Moonshadow Coop, where Schulte worked and 911 was called for the Gabby/Brian altercation. The Bowen Motel is an 8 minute walk to World Famous Woody’s Tavern, where Schulte and Turner were last seen alive 8/13. We don’t know where Gabby spent the night 8/12 with her van while Brian was at the Bowen Motel.

Dollar to Donuts she murdered the two women found dead and is on the run.
And this guy is thinking he's doing the smart thing by staying quiet, but all these actions show guilt and lack of remorse. The possibility of claiming this to be an accident, or a heat of the moment sort of thing is gone. This looks like premeditation.
If that turns out to be what happened, many people are going to be very surprised.
Another theory is about Yellowstone: There’s a spot there called the “Zone of Death” where people can commit a crime and not be prosecuted for it.
I never heard of it before, but it really exists:

Good to know. Great to know, really.
Just came across another detail about a "creepy man" that I forgot:
In addition to their conditions, friends of the couple told police that they had received a worrisome text from Schulte. "Investigators were informed that Kylen had mentioned to her friends that if something happened to them, that they were murdered. Kylen had continued by saying there was a “creepy man” around their camp and they had been intimidated by him," the search warrant states. The last time the couple was seen was on the night of August 13, leaving "Woody's Tavern" at about 10:30 p.m.
Was the Sept 16th podcast episode the one where they mentioned his art work was kinda “dark” and he liked the author Chuck Palahniuk (Genre- Fiction, horror, satire). I think they mentioned his book Lullaby which is dark, black humor plumed into a road trip.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_Palahniuk
Do you remember where they said they got that info??
Arrest him for Vehicle theft. I’m sure crossing State Lines with a Stolen Vehicle is also a Crime.
He will say Gabby gave him permission to take the Van.
Well, where is she so we can verify that?
