yes, I agree...the trip Florida is highly suspicious...as if they had a big argument and he just left for a few days...

btw, where do these people get their money to just wander around and stay in hotels and camp for 4 months and then just buy an airline ticket in the middle of it, to move "stuff"....

Maybe they financed their “van life” with money from their videos...? I don’t know.

All I know is that their photos and videos were misleading. Everything was not all happiness and sunshine.

They left on July 2nd from Gabby's Mothers house and her Mother said they gave them some money.
In the cop video, Laundrie says they can't afford a hotel room for a night so they can separate and "cool off".

Sept 1 - arrived in FL, so he must have left Wyoming Aug 26 or very late Aug 25.

re: 2700 miles - narrowing the time:
Gas stops, fast food, and sleep, with one stop for necessities and two stops for toilet would equal about 500 miles a day hard driving. 2700 miles/500-day = 5.4 days

Wyoming to Florida - 2,100 miles/500-day = 4.2 days on Interstate 70 straightest shot or drop down to the coast and go I-10 across

so by going back to move a storage unit of her stuff (and his?) he gained access to any dairies or such she may have kept?? all of her possessions? If a couple were having problems, wouldn’t a rational person tend to put that off until the relationship was reevaluated? How did that monetary value lost compare to leaving a ‘fragile’ fiance alone for five days in a strange state? A fiance who had stated to the police that she ‘didn’t drive the van for long distances’? (was unskilled or afraid to drive?)

Good point...

He and Gabby lived with his parents. He moved Gabby's things from storage to his parents' house. So, when he returned to Gabby in Utah, his parents had Gabby's things in Florida. Then, when he returned to his parents' house in Florida without Gabby, both he and his parents had possession of Gabby's things.

He had control of any evidence, and so did his parents.

Thanks. In that article, the friend says Laundries was possessive & controlling. If so, he put on a big act for the police.

I see this is the same friend who was supposed to meet Gabby in Yellowstone on Aug. 29, and then Gabby never called.
