Doppler September 17, 2021 1:18 pm Gateway Pundit has a hopeful analysis of the Sussman indictment, examining the allegations involving Tech Executive #1, Law Firm #1, the Clinton Campaign, TE#1’s role in multiple “Internet Companies 1, 2 & 3,” and various agents and representatives of the Clinton Campaign, and concluding that Durham’s investigation is not a one and done effort. This indictment’s allegations reveal likely crimes by TE-1, including using access to “non-public data” obtained in connection with a federal contract to gather data on a list of Trump people, which TGP speculates reverberates from the “four contractors” given illegal access to run queries in the NSA database from the FIDA Court’s opinion calling a halt to that practice. The premise is that these other crimes alleged among these many people would not be detailed so thoroughly, unless they are part and parcel of, and need to be consistent with, other contemplated indictments. Further that, to make such allegations strongly suggests that all those people were at least questioned as part of this investigation.

So it is a hopeful analysis for those who crave justice. Hope springs eternal, cynicism usually displaces it eventually.

Stepping back, I believe the biggest Deep State crime of all pivots on Peter Strzok’s dual role as head of Counter-Terrorism at both the FBI and the CIA. How having a CIA agent run both HRC’s MYE and DJT’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation can possibly square with the prohibition on the CIA running domestic operations, especially presidential campaign protection (HRC) and disruption (DJT) operations, is beyond comprehension. It is NOT square. It is CROOKED.

Barr once again was brought in to clean up and sweep under the rug evidence of Deep State crimes. But as Sundance has so well educated us, the Deep State has its own divisions, and one of them falls between DOJ and CIA. “Lying to the FBI” shows the FBI/DOJ seeking to cleanse ITS record, but these allegations highlighted by TGP implicate the multi-faceted role of TE-1, likely a top executive at Crowdstrike, likely one of the four contractors given illegal access at NSA, the announced independent contractor for the DNC whose report blaming Russia for the DNC hack was accepted by the FBI (and 16 other intelligence agencies) as where the buck stopped in terms of that infamous “hacking” that was really a download by a murdered techie Bernie Sanders supporter.

So Strzok built his house on the San Andreas fault line of the division between the CIA and DOJ/FBI branches of the Deep State swamp. The FBI removed him from the Mueller investigation. Then Brennan gave him a CIA medal.

May this indictment be the first tremor in an earthquake of CYA blame casting among leading swamp critters.

May former DOJ lawyer Sussman be squeezed like a garlic clove in a hot box interrogation room to save himself some years.

May these Deep State agencies become like a battleship with all guns blazing, all pointing at each other.

Not the only Crowdstrike insider to sell a lot of stock in 2021 but: “During the last ninety days, Shawn Henry has sold $14,534,109.00 in CrowdStrike stock. Most recently, Shawn Henry sold 4,500 shares of the business’s stock in a transaction on Tuesday, September 14th. FHPO September 17, 2021 4:06 pm “TGP hopeful analysis” reference in another comment in this thread. Margo Cleveland @TheFederalist also supports Adam Housely’s assertion re foundation of a conspiracy. Based on Cleveland’s take, appears this indictment is a foundation for the rest. I’m skeptical DOJ will do anything meaningful.
