If you aren’t going to get the Covid vaccine it seems lactoferrin is reasonable to try.

I got the two Moderna shots back in Feb and Mar. I’m wondering what supplements make sense to take after getting the vaccine. I’m continuing Vit C & D3, Quercetin, NAC, and zinc.
The latest articles are about probiotics and lactoferrin. Probiotics may make sense in any event. I used them a couple years back before the doc found I had H Pylori.
