He is admitting the truth. Being vaccinated DOES NOT protect you from catching the virus. It only minimizes the symptoms. The result of that is someone who is vaccinated and has the virus will be going around and spreading it to other people, whereas the unvaccinated would be too sick and stay home in bed, thus not spreading it. So the real statement should be protecting the unvaccinated from the vaccinated

So, the vaccines don’t work? Did he mean to say, “We’re going to protect the unvaccinated from each other.”? That comment doesn’t make sense. It’s like he really means that the unvaccinated who do not do what the government says are the enemy and he wants to take them out.
