"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

* Food cooked from fresh, raw ingredients (not processed), consumed in moderation. Get as much "vitamin" as you can from natural diet. Cut a pepper, chop some broccoli, don't open a frozen package.
* Get outside for a walk. Every day.
* Drink water, not soda, especially the "diet" types. End any soda-addiction immediately.
* Eat some fruit. Peel an orange, chomp an apple - don't open a can.
We should heed the example displayed by President Trump, Secretary Pompeo and even 'Lil Kim. Loose weight and get healthy, as naturally as possible.
