The Biden Administration’s recent announcement seeking to dictate personal freedom and private business decisions is an insult to our American principles of individual liberty and free enterprise.
This heavy-handed action by the federal government is unwelcome in our state and has potentially dangerous consequences for working families.
Vaccination protects us from serious illness, but the decision to get vaccinated is a private health care decision that should remain as such. My administration will always fight back against federal power grabs and government overreach that threatens to limit our freedoms.
These are the times that try men’s souls, and I, for one, am glad to live in these times. We get to choose, openly and under risk, to stand for Christ and Country.
So, stand. Stand in the place where you live. Resist. Be calm. Note the quislings and patriots around you. Reach out to the patriots and take positive, peaceful action together. Contact your church leaders, your unions, your mayors, your local American Legion, and your chamber of commerce and demand they stand with you for Americans’ freedoms. Reach out to a lawyer if your job is threatening mandated vaxxing. Refuse to comply with illegal mandates. We can simply refuse. And we can refuse to work, or provide, for those who oppress us. Stop patronizing businesses who go along with mandates. March. Be seen. Look for “the second man” to join you. Or be that “second man” who breaks out of lockstep and joins the man who dared to stand. Hold prayer vigils in front of city hall.
We’ve spent three years, THREE YEARS, thinking about this moment and preparing for it, and wondering what we’d do. Stand in the place where you live, together. Together we have enough power. Together.
This is the hill. This is it. Stay together and pray and stand on this hill.

USPS among others. Psaki stated that there isn’t a single unified system among the Executive branch agencies to provide proof or attest to vax. Each is doing it’s own thing.
This whole vax regime announced today is laughable. Does the executive have authority under emergency powers? Sure. However, first there must be a sudden, unexpected event that is transitory and limited in duration; an emergency.
An endemic virus that has surfaced and circulated for 18 to 20 months with several mutations developing which still presents a survival rate of over 99% does not constitute an emergency.
Even if it did, invoking emergency powers isn’t a game of ‘Simon Says’. The actions proposed by the executive must be based upon data. Opinion, even expert opinion, doesn’t cut it by itself past the initial few weeks.
The Biden admin is going to get dragged through the CT system. They will have to explain why the USPS workers are exempt when they wish to impose this on private employers. Next, what is magic about 100 workers in relation to the virus? Why 100? Is that 100 in a single location? What if they are disbursed in more than one place? How does teleworking fit in?
Many ways to destroy this farce in CT. Oh, and be sure to preserve all communication among and within the Fed govt, private sector businesses, unions, academics for review by Plaintiff before the depositions.

Children’s Health Defense Fund Lawsuit Asks Judge to Suspend FDA License for Pfizer’s Comirnaty Vaccine
Barnes Law and @electionwizard are working on behalf of the Children’s Health Defense Fund to fight back against vaccine tyranny. Tonight they filed a motion asking a federal judge to direct the FDA to suspend its license for Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine:
“The FDA faced a conundrum: under immense political pressure to rush approval of a COVID-19 vaccine in record time to satiate the mandate fervor of some in the military and corporate America, the FDA acted — without consulting its advisory board, without answering citizen petitions, without addressing scientific concerns, and even without updating its data regarding the Delta coronavirus variant. Knowing that approval and licensure of such a vaccine required revoking all Emergency Use Authorized vaccines for the same indication, and knowing that revocation would risk liability exposure to vaccine makers, government actors and healthcare workers, the FDA did the impermissible.
It answered this conundrum by pretending to “approve” a vaccine that isn’t widely available, playing a game of bait-and-switch, and confusing the public into thinking they are getting a vaccine with some legal remedies when in fact they are not because of the bait-and- switch. The FDA purportedly managed to do what the law forbids: “approve” a vaccine but not revoke any Emergency Use Authorized vaccines for the same indication.”
