Sounds as though water (or other liquid) kefir would work; also there is such a thing as soy yogurt; maybe made from other “milks” such as almond milk. Maybe look into those.

Have you tried raw milk? See my previous post. I’m the same way with sinus congestion/inflammation and milk products. I also get horrible cystic acne breakouts if I drink regular pasteurized milk. I tried raw milk and the first time I drank it, my sinuses literally opened up and my nose started running within minutes of consuming it. Like taking a mega dose of Claritin. Apparently the local cows produce antibodies to the pollen allergens blooming at the time and it shows up in the milk. Now I will drink raw milk in the spring and fall during my allergy seasons. It doesn’t foam well in my aeroccino though, so I just drink it straight and use coconut milk for my cappuccinos.
