By 31OCT2021, all employees are to communicate their vaxx status in one of the following ways:
1. Fully or partially vaxx’d (with proof of record).
2. Not vaxx’d.
3. Do not wish to disclose.
Since there is no accommodation for my status (as well as dozens of other employees), I cannot truthfully disclose my status.
They will have to ask me...face-to-face.
what does ‘no accommodation for my status’ mean?
and by your not responding to the email (even by picking ‘do not wish to disclose’), they can’t change ‘do not wish to disclose’ into refusal to follow a company edict.
but, anything face-to-face is a verbal event, unless you record it (if that is allowed) or ask everything to be documented by them.
Where does HEPA violations figure with these nasty tyrants. They use the Constitution as cage liner.
