DES MOINES, Iowa (KETV) — Mark McConnaughey was a guy you could count on for anything, according to his long-time friend and doctor Mike Zaruba.
"If someone was in need, he would drop whatever he was doing, even if he needed to get what he was doing done, and come help," Zaruba said.
KETV reports two weeks ago, when the 57-year-old needed care beyond what the Nemaha County Hospital could provide, Zaruba, a board-certified ER doctor, said they could not find any help available in Nebraska.
"That triggered an inflammatory response through his body that cause multi-organ failure," Zaruba said.
McConnaughey was never tested for COVID-19 but showed many of the signs for COVID according to Zaruba. He said McConnaughey was fully vaccinated.

Nebraska has seen a spike in cases, but - so far - only about a third of what they had at the peak last winter. I wonder why the ICUs are full?
Probably fired all of their non-vaccinated employees and are now understaffed.

Whzt they will never admit is that there are So many illegal aliens filling up the hospitals with minor ailments because they get ‘free health care’ that folks who really need help can’t get it in certain areas.

The 200 bed local hospital where I’m at (E.TN) is only operating the emergency room due to an extreme shortage of staff. My wife is an RN so she knows.

The excerpt is missing some text. The doctor is assuming the guy had asymptomatic COVID and that is what caused the widespread inflammation. But they never tested for COVID. And they didn’t even think the vaccine could have caused the inflammation.
You mean Iowa since that is where he was. Why do they not have facilities?
