Awesome job on the butter! I haven't done that in ages! Is the cream from a Spanish cow? Does it taste different from an American cow?

Lovely peppers, as always!

This year I am growing 'Habanada' which is a Habanero type WITHOUT the heat. Going to make it into 'Cowboy Candy.' About 1/4 of them are bright orange, now.

Most cows in America originally came from Spain and England but European butter generally contains more butterfat than American ones, something to keep in mind if you do a lot of baking.
I’ve heard of Habanada. I suppose they will go great with a zero alcohol beer. I also make cowboy candy but I use Cayennes. Hot but not overwhelming.
