Most cows in America originally came from Spain and England but European butter generally contains more butterfat than American ones, something to keep in mind if you do a lot of baking.
I’ve heard of Habanada. I suppose they will go great with a zero alcohol beer. I also make cowboy candy but I use Cayennes. Hot but not overwhelming.

Two years ago I used a pepper called Sweet Heat for the CC and it was really good. I’m just using what’s on hand this season, but WILL grow Sweet Heat again, for sure.
