No one said Ivermectin didn’t eliminate the virus in cells (if you can show me that the cell was infested with a virus, which you can’t). Ivermectin does nothing to repair the damage from the bio-weapon.
Not everyone can tolerate anything. And if this is a concern, start with a high dose of melatonin and a low dose of niacin. A heavy flush can be darn uncomfortable for just about anyone fo sho. Ask me how I know. LOL.

I get ya, and you know damn well there’s no swamp in me. I will ALWAYS advocate for a natural nutritional solution over pharmaceuticals when appropriate. I am not advocating for Ivermectin to be pulled from the shelves or anything like that. Those pharma bass turds killed too many close to me to ever trust anything that comes from them.
